The next step in Windows-Based Thin Client development, TeleVideo has introduced a Wireless Web Tablet Thin Client that allows the corporate and vertical end-user to access and enter data into key business applications, Intranets and the Internet by a wireless handheld touchscreen device.

The MC3000 weighs 3 lbs., is less than 1" thick and is slightly larger in size than a standard 8.5"x11" sheet of paper-making it the ideal portable and lightweight Thin Client for many environments such as healthcare, retail and manufacturing.

The MC3000 is a full featured and flexible device that allows IT departments to quickly and easily integrate for multi user deployments. Windows CE .NET, Internet Explorer 5.5, Microsoft RDP and Citrix ICA terminal protocols come standard in addition to a full suite of terminal emulation software. The MC3000 also comes with built-in IEEE 802.11b wireless LAN support, a bright 10.4" active matrix LCD touchscreen display with "on screen" soft keyboard, stylus and USB/legacy ports for optional keyboard, mouse and printer support. Standard accessories also include a long lasting lithium ion rechargeable battery pack, battery charging cradle/stand and protective jacket.
