TeleVideo Ships 300MHz Thin-Client

SAN JOSE – December 4 – TeleVideo Ò , Inc. (OTC BB: TELV) has released a new, faster thin-client, the TeleCLIENT Ô TC7010. Recognized for value, experience and performance, the TeleCLIENT TC7010 thin-clients are ideal desktop replacements for the healthcare, education and task-based work environments.

The TeleCLIENT TC7010 comes with a powerful 300MHz processor from National Semiconductor Ò , 32MB RAM, auto-sensing and wake-on-LAN ready 10/100BaseT Ethernet and also includes Microsoft RDP 5.0 and Citrix ICA 6.0 clients. Also available are terminal emulations such as 3270 and 5250 and a line printer daemon (LPD) service, which allows every TeleCLIENT to function as a network printer.

Compatible with the TeleManager Management Software, the TeleCLIENT TC7010 thin-clients can be remotely administered and managed, lowering the total cost of ownership in the IT department. “With TeleManager and our TC7010 thin-client, thin-client computing has risen above the traditional PC architecture.
