TELEVIDEO THIN CLIENT WINDOWS-BASED TERMINAL PASSES THE RIGOROUS CITRIX ICA TESTING PROGRAM

The TC7000 is the first publicly available Citrix ICA Testing Program report by ZDTag

SAN JOSE, Calif - September 7, 1999 -TeleVideo, Inc. (OTC BB: TELV ), today announced that the TeleCLIENTäTC7000 thin client Windows-based terminal passed the Citrix ICA Testing Program. TeleVideo commissioned ZDTag, the ZD Testing and Analysis Group, to perform the Citrix ICA Testing Program for the TeleCLIENT TC7000. The TC7000 test results are the first to be made publicly available by ZDTag. The complete test results can be found at the company web site, http://www.televideo.com
or http://www. zdtag.com/citrix/tvidica.html .

The Citrix ICA Testing Program assures customers that devices such as the TeleCLIENT TC7000 work with the Citrix Independent Computing Architecture (ICA). The ICA protocol gives users on a client full access to the interface of an application that is actually running on a server. In order to successfully complete the program, the TeleCLIENTTC7000 had to pass ZDTag compatibility tests for every ICA feature the client supports.

Passing the Citrix ICA Testing Program not only offers TeleVideo's clients confidence in the TeleCLIENT TC7000's compatibility, but also means that Citrix will list the TeleCLIENT TC7000 in its ICA device portfolio.
